You can request deletion of your Fitcoin account and associated data by emailing hello@fitcoin.co.
What to include
- Your Fitcoin username
- The email address linked to your account
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
What gets deleted
We will delete your account profile and associated app data, including social content and rewards history tied to your account.
Processing time
Most requests are processed within 7 days. Some technical backups may take longer to expire according to retention and security requirements.
